Part of simplifying and enhancing mobile phone experiences involves enabling users to share those experiences with the people that are most important to them — wherever they are. We understand that everything might not be suitable for sharing, so we give users complete control over what gets shared as well as who can see it.

Dashwire Inc. (“Dashwire”) provides the Dashwire service and related software through our website located at http://www.dashwire.com (the “Site”). The service, personally identifiable information (PII) collected through the service or related software past the client log in is not covered by the TRUSTe certification.
Such service, software and Site are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Service”. We are pleased to provide this privacy policy to inform you of our practices with respect to how we collect and use personally identifiable information through our products, services, and websites that refer to this Privacy Policy.
Dashwire has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. The TRUSTe program does not cover information that may be collected through downloadable software. What We Collect
The data that we regularly collect about visitors to the Site (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages accessed, duration of visit, etc.) does not necessarily enable us to personally identify you, and that is not our intention. We do collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name and phone number, but only if you voluntarily provide it by registering with us for using the Service.
Automated-Collection Information
To facilitate your use of the Service, Dashwire may automatically collect certain types of information when you access or use the Service. Web Beacons
Our Web pages contain electronic images known as Web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs) and are used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics to analyze how our site is used and may be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns.
Flash LSOs
We use local shared objects, also known as Flash cookies, to store your preferences such as volume control or high game score, or display content based upon what you view on our site to personalize your visit. Use of Information

Security
In the event that you place an order through the Service, your credit card information will be encrypted using SSL technology before being transmitted over the internet. Because any other personally identifiable information you submit to Dashwire is purely voluntary and should not be of a particularly sensitive nature, we employ our standard security measures with respect to this information and do not use special encryption methods at this time. Dashwire user accounts are secured by user-created passwords and HTTPs when signing in. Please note that Dashwire cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Public Forums
Dashwire may make available to users a blog. Any information disclosed in this area, or otherwise submitted to Dashwire for publication, becomes public information and is no longer within the shield of this privacy statement. Use extreme caution when disclosing personal information through any of the above-mentioned communication mechanisms.
Collection of Information From Children
Users must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. Dashwire has no interest in collecting information from persons under 13 years of age.

Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
Dashwire offers you the ability to review and change certain of the information you submit to us by logging into the Site and accessing account settings. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account, and remove your personal information from our active databases. To make this request, email support@dashwire.com. Such information will be deactivated within 30 days based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. We will retain in our files and databases some personal information you have requested to remove to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law.
International Visitors and Customers
The Site is hosted in the United States. No Error-Free Performance

Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
