Click and hold on the gray tile bar with your cursor

Drag the tile to your desired location. The surrounding tiles will respond
based on how you move the selected tile.

Click and hold your cursor on the bottom edge of any tile
|
Drag the bottom of the tile up or down to the desired size
|

Minimize a tile by clicking on the
 at the top right of the gray title bar
|
Restore a tile by clicking on the
 at the top right of the gray title bar
